This particular bitmap is from a ~300K file, but I dont know if it's related to the size. Samsung S4Mini, Samsung S3), others do ( Samsung tab a9). Many of my test-devices don’t come back from lockscreen (e.g. Manually or automatically lock makes no difference. Here is the output from LogCat during the freezing: 02-01 14:23:37.808: WARN/IInputConnectionWrapper(219): showStatusIcon on inactive InputConnectionĠ2-01 14:23:37.899: INFO/ActivityManager(54): Displayed activity /.ImageGallery: 1456 ms (total 1456 ms)Ġ2-01 14:23:40.009: DEBUG/dalvikvm(54): GC freed 2958 objects / 134576 bytes in 98msĠ2-01 14:23:43.085: DEBUG/dalvikvm(219): GC freed 1712 objects / 372192 bytes in 80msĠ2-01 14:23:43.085: DEBUG/Camera-JNI(219): release cameraĠ2-01 14:23:47.489: INFO/WindowManager(54): Setting rotation to 1, animFlags=0Ġ2-01 14:23:47.489: INFO/WindowManager(54): Config changed: Ask Question Asked 5 years, 7 months ago Modified 5 years, 7 months ago Viewed 1k times 0 My App has problems when the screen is locked while running. I don't want to change the API by passing the image's Uri because some other Activities are already sending it bitmaps. This has happened to me several times and I've always tried to work aroudn that by sending something else other than the Bitmap object.īut this time I guess I can't. However when I put the bitmap, the emulator was freezing until I forced close. When I put nothing to the intent, the PreviewActivity can be fired normally. ![]() StartActivityForResult(intent, REQUEST_PREVIEW) Intent.putExtra(EXTRA_BITMAP_DATA, mBitmap) Is there a way to force the app to exit completely, when screen is locked, so that it doesn’t try to resume after lockscreen I try to add some logs, but the error is hard to pin down: on 21.14.367 my app calls onDestroy() on 21.16.122 Windowmanager tells something about appfreeze on 21.16.487 WM tells Lock Screen displayed on 21.19.317 WM. Intent intent = new Intent(TakePictureActivity.this, PreviewActivity.class) ![]() Basically I receive the Image's URI from the Gallery, then created a Bitmap and want to send to another activity for displaying: Uri imageUri = intent.getData() ![]()
